The Bay Area Knockouts are a group of current & former Bikini and Figure competitors that train at Training Loft 714. The group was started in 2012 by Denise Brazeal who competed in both INBA Natural and NPC Figure competitions. Since then, over 100 dedicated ladies have graced the stage in the categories of Bikini, Figure, Angles, Sports Model and several others. Over the years many of our ladies have earned top placings some even obtaining their PNBA Pro cards.
The objective of this group is to offer support and guidance through the process of competition preparation which can range anywhere from 12 weeks to 6 months or more. They help each other stay on track and work together to perfect their stage presence and posing for show day.
Our philosophy is that you can obtain any level of fitness at any age. Our group ranges in age in age from 18 years to 66 years old and everywhere in between. We have had amazing success over the past 10 years and the alumni group just continues to grow.
